Washington is currently a wide receiver for the Cincinnati
Bengals, but started off as a star quaterback for Sherando
High School! Kelley saw action in all 16 games for the second
of his two NFL seasons, finishing third on team in catches
(31) and receiving yards (376), with 3 TDs. He will be available
for autographs before the rally. |

Winkler leads the Northern
Virginia FCA from Arlington out to Winchester, VA. With
almost 4 years experience in FCA, having coached college,
and high school, and having worked in the NBA with the Orlando
Magic Chris understands athletes. Having spent time with the
Washington Redskins, the Washington Wizards, and the DC United
- sports and FCA go hand in hand! The greatest joy Chris has
next to his walk with Christ, is his wife Miriam and daughter
Ellie Joy. Chris enjoys athletics, and competition, which
is why he completed the 1998 Marine Corp marathon. |

The
venue for the ALERT Youth Rally is the mammoth Sportsplex
facility located off Valley Pike (U.S. 11 South) in Winchester/Kernstown,
VA. It boasts 77,000 square feet of space, with areas for roller hockey,
basketball or volleyball, indoor soccer, football, and lacrosse. Sportsplex
also has a state-of-the-art sound system, video arcade, pro shop, gymnasium,
and other amenities including a rockclimbing wall, making this a true
one-of-a-kind facility in the area.
